Our owner, Sam Schwendiman, has been making spaces beautiful for more than a decade. His work ethic, go get 'em attitude, and attention to detail is what makes Staff Construction your best general contractor choice. He'll be with you every step of the way.
When he's not on the job site, he's in the mountains, on a lake, or at church with his family. He enjoys building things: relationships, effective teams, efficient spaces, and beautiful end results.
Drew Reynolds
Our project manager, Drew Reynolds, has been delivering exceptional results for over 15 years. His wealth of knowledge spans the entire construction process, from meticulous planning and budgeting to seamless execution and thorough final inspections.
When he’s not busy overseeing construction projects, he loves spending quality time with his family and cherishing moments with his beloved animals. He's a true motorcycle and mechanical enthusiast.
Bryce Hannibal
Our media manager, Bryce Hannibal, helps us look good online. He's our photographer, word smith, and all around good guy. He's quick to jump in and help with any project we need and documents every stage of our projects through picture and video.
When he's not playing on the computer and hanging with his cute family, he's in his shop building custom furniture for clients. remodeling something in his house, or building and repairing guitars.
