Drew Reynolds
Our project manager, Drew Reynolds, brings over 15 years of construction experience to Staff Construction. His expertise covers every phase of the build—from precise planning and budgeting to efficient project management and detailed final inspections. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family and caring for his animals. He’s also a passionate motorcycle and mechanical enthusiast, always ready to tackle his next challenge.
Rick Davis
Our project manager, Rick Davis, brings 35 years of construction experience to Staff Construction, including more than 20 years owning his own business and 5+ years as a superintendent. As a licensed Utah general contractor with OSHA fall protection training, Rick brings extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to home remodels, additions, basement finishes, and other residential construction projects. His experience helps ensure every project is properly planned, coordinated, and completed with quality craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys everything the Utah outdoors has to offer. He spends his free time hunting, fishing, golfing, exploring the mountains, and finding just about any excuse to be outside.
Bryce Hannibal
Our Media Manager, Bryce Hannibal, helps showcase Staff Construction online through professional photography, video, and creative content. He documents every stage of our Utah construction and remodeling projects, from kitchen and bathroom remodels to basements, additions, and home improvements. Bryce is always ready to jump in and help wherever he’s needed.
When he’s not behind the computer or spending time with his family, Bryce enjoys working in his shop, building custom furniture, remodeling his own home, and building or repairing guitars. His creativity and hands-on skills make him a valuable part of the Staff Construction team.
